The “PRAGYA” was established as a first tiny scale unit “Pragya Hydro Equipments” in the year 1992 by Er. L. C. Tolani, a hard core young technical professional experienced in design & development and manufacturing of mechanical and hydraulic associated handling and industrial equipments. Over the period, The Pragya Group is now having 4 units i.e. “Pragya Hydro Equipments, Pragya Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Pragya Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Pragya Aluminium Pvt. Ltd.”

With our continuous efforts in developing and upgrading our products/equipments we have successfully developed Terminal & Handling equipments for CR/HR flat product Rolling Mills, including coil & slab handling equipments for saw/spiral pipe plants, Solvent Extraction Plants, Preparatory section for oil seeds, DWTT (Drop Weight Tear Tester Machine), Tube Finning Machine, Material Handing Equipments & bag stacker cum truck loader etc….
We have also entered into manufacturing of aluminum extruded sections for buildings, architectural and industrial use.
We are now going for expansion of our manufacturing facilities and already acquired land for this.

During his service, from 1978 to 1992 worked with M/s HEG Ltd., Mandideep, M.P. Laghu Udyog Nigam Ltd., Bhopal, Hindustan Motors Ltd., Uttarpara & Pithampur, C.C. Power Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd., Pithampur in various departments of Mechanical & Hydraulics, Engineering, mainly in design/development of hydraulic and associated industrial and handling equipments.
During self employment period from 1992 onwards, he established M/s Pragya Hydro Equipments a SSI Unit in Pithampur. Currently promoter cum Director of three more companies M/s Pragya Equipments Pvt. Ltd., M/s Pragya Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Pragya Hydro Equipments, Pragya Aluminium Pvt. Ltd.
